We are involved in industry associations on a National, State and Local level. We support these associations by our participation in meetings, sitting as board members and even as elected officers.



We use a Cloud based database application, Constant Contact with close to 9000 records and the ability to keep all the sales reps in sync at all times. This allows us flexibility and efficient delivery of information to our customers. From this database we can data mine customer information and send product updates and bulletins that apply to only specific dealers segments.

Training Programs

We are firm believers in the “train the trainer” concept and have our salespeople attend factory product trainings when available. This helps to ensure that we have the most current product knowledge available to better assist our customers. PSR as a company has completed over 3000 training modules presented by our vendor partners. We also have the ability to do live online training classes or webinars..

Partner with vendors and use Marcom to have calls for targeted vendor e-mail blast to help drive sales.
